History, mission, values and goals
Our founder and Managing Director, Samantha Barr, has extensive experience leading large-scale and complex projects, working with many well-known organisations in Australia, and the US and is highly regarded as a ‘go to’ change leader.
Our team is formed of outcome driven professionals who partner with organisations to engage, educate and empower people through change associated with large scale transformation and disruption.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with members of the Maven Change community located Australia-wide.
